You're supposed to earn the ability to ascend your weapon higher, not find one ember and be able to get everything you want from then on. DS2 was a joke in that department. WebI've been jamming with a shotel build lately and it's a great weapon. The damage is good. And considering its a curved sword, you can punish just about anything that exists because of its spitfire moveset and immaculate gapclose. It controls fights really well, and its pretty much the bane of panicking players.
