WebI have a Hamilton Khaki Field mechanical watch (H69419933). I believe it has an ETA 2804-2 movement. I’m usually pretty careful about winding it, stopping before I feel resistance. I wasn’t as careful the other day, was winding it and felt resistance. I immediately stopped winding when I felt the resistance. Can this cause damage to the watch?
