WebThis is an excellent place for patients to rehab. Therapists and nurses are fantastic. Upper management is unsupportive. You're just another body for them to staff on paper. Agency nurses make 90$/hour while staff makes 24-40$/hour. The head honcho once said 24$ an hour for an LPN was too much money for acute care.
