WebMantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) is a subtype of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma that happens when your B-cell lymphocytes in the outer edge of your lymph nodes – the mantle zone, become cancerous. MCL is usually aggressive, but can also be indolent. Indolent lymphoma may not need treatment, but aggressive MCL will need treatment soon after you are diagnosed.
