WebOct 10, 2016 · It is a late 1980's HGU-55/P helmet with a PRU-36/P dual visor. This helmet was set up to use the PLZT/EEU-2/P Nuclear Flash Goggles. This type of helmet would of been used by B-52, F-111 and KC-135 crews in SAC. The "W" bracket on the top of the visor is missing, but the power cord for the goggles as been tucked underneath and is still wired.
