WebbThis is a completely idiotic aspect of Reaper. You can fix/workaround it by open the sourceproperties for the MIDI item (CTRL+F2), checking "Ignore project tempo" and specifying the tempo for the item. The worst part is that you can't gang edit this property. If you need to change it for 100 MIDI items, you'll have to open 100 dialogs.
