WebREDCap is a web-based system for data collection. Data entry operators or people taking an online survey enter data in a web browser, either locally or from remote locations. The data is stored centrally in a secure MySQL database. REDCap should be considered for any clinical trial in which web-based data entry is desired. WebA new RedCap Survey for COVID-19 reporting for long-term care facilities, will be effective starting Monday, April 20, 2024. The current RedCap survey will be inactivated at that time. Historical data will remain from the original survey. The new RedCap Survey will allow facilities to enter their facility demographics one time.
